Fresh Hop season is here!

We took our beloved West Coast IPA – Magic Cabbage, and loaded up the mash, kettle, and hop-back with an absurd amount of wet Strata from Coleman Agriculture + Indie Hops. We knocked out and let primary fermentation do its thing, then blasted the dry hop with Strata Cryo Fresh, Strata, and Mosaic.
